We are looking for a Media Buyer to join a fast-paced, high-growth agency in the heart of Barcelona. If you have an analytical mind, a passion for digital trends, and the ability to turn data into growth, this is your playground.

The Project:

Our client is a high-performance growth partner. They go beyond content creation by driving brand expansion through data-led acquisition and bold scaling strategies. Active in several markets, with France as their core focus and Germany and Spain as next steps, they support ambitious brands as a top-tier outsourced growth team. The environment is fast-moving, the data is actionable, and the growth potential is significant.

The Role & Its Responsibilities

Your mission is to master the paid landscape. You will be responsible for the health, scaling, and profitability of our clients' advertising investments.

• Campaign Deployment: Establish and launch paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, specifically tailored for the French-speaking market.

• Optimization & Management: Continuously monitor and refine advertising campaigns to ensure maximum efficiency and budget pacing.

• Data Mastery: Track essential KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR) and ensure regular, transparent reporting that tells the story behind the numbers.

• Creative Synergy: Work hand-in-hand with our creative team to produce high-performing visual assets and copy that resonate with French audiences.

• Trend Scouting: Actively monitor digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep our strategies at the cutting edge.

The Must-Haves

• Languages: Native-level French (or C2) and professional English. (Spanish is a big plus!).

• Experience: A first professional experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or data.

• Numerical Ease: You are comfortable with spreadsheets and data analysis.

• Platform Knowledge: basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Mindset: You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.
