De quoi s'agit-il ?

You fancy joining a dynamic digital startup in Barcelona and help scaling it up to the next milestone ? For one of our clients, we are looking for a CFO, with validated experience in similar environment. For this position, you need to speak fluent French and Spanish, with experience in both countries ideally, you will report directly to the CEO.

Your responsibilities and impact as CFO will be:

• Supervise the entire Finance & Accounting function (1 direct report)
• Manage external stakeholders (accounting firm, auditors)
• Act as an advisor to business and right arm to CEO
• Manages monthly, quarterly & annual reporting and closing
• Monitor financial compliance and fraud-prevention
• Supervise HR processes (outsourced to a payroll firm)
• Build, deploy and enrich reporting with best in class tools
• Provide decisive help in decision making / strategic planning

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics
• 6 to 10 years experience in finance, ideally in startup environment
• Native level of Spanish and French, excellent level of English
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Hands on, able to work autonomously and within in a team, in a fast-paced environment
• Apetite for digital startup industry, ideally in B2C environment
